Join the Yuba County Library for a special story time with special guest and community helper: Mr. Elias Mendoza from Yuba County's Office of Emergency Services. Mr. Mendoza will read two books and share some tips on how to be prepared for emergencies. Afterwards we will make a craft to go along with one of the books. Don't miss out on this fun event!
