Marysville Roads Draw Grand Jury Scrutiny

Cracked pavement, lingering potholes and the absence of a long-term maintenance strategy have left Marysville's streets falling short of public expectations, according to the Yuba County Civil Grand Jury, which urged the city to adopt a more systematic approach to maintaining its 60 miles of roadways.
