Sutter Library HVAC Theft Causes $100,000 in Damages

A series of thefts and vandalism incidents at the Sutter County Library has caused extensive damage to the facility’s HVAC system, disrupted library programming and may cost more than $100,000 to repair, according to the Yuba City Police Department.
