Cleanup and environmental monitoring efforts continued this week after a Feb. 13 rupture of a large penstock pipe at Yuba Water Agency’s New Colgate Powerhouse near Dobbins triggered a mudslide, damaged infrastructure and sent debris into the Yuba River.
