YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - Yuba City Police Officer Bailey Mansel recently graduated from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department Motor School, earning his certification as a motor officer. Mansel completed the two-week, POST-certified training program, which focuses on motorcycle control, low-speed maneuvers, precision riding, braking and obstacle avoidance. The physically and mentally demanding course prepares officers to safely operate police motorcycles in the field.
