YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - Elizabeth Deal, left, a police records specialist with the Yuba City Police Department, received a Police Individual Commendation Ribbon for her work in 2025. Deal took on added duties as traffic clerk and alarm clerk during staffing shortages. She audited more than 3,000 alarm permits, improved compliance and created a more efficient process for managing permits.
