YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office recognized four individuals as its 2025 Employees of the Year for dedication, professionalism and service to the community.
Jessalynn Ray received the non-sworn employee honor for her work as an administrative assistant. Detective Rhiley Harrison was named sworn employee of the year. JJ Ruona received the corrections employee of the year recognition. Cadet Ramanjit Badwal earned volunteer of the year.
The sheriff’s office said the honorees reflect the agency’s commitment to integrity, leadership and public service through their daily work and positive impact.
