YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - The city of Yuba City is encouraging residents to report road hazards and other infrastructure concerns through its YC311 service request system, saying public input helps crews respond more efficiently and prioritize repairs.

City officials highlighted recent roadway repairs completed by the Public Works Streets team on Butte House Road, noting that resident reports submitted through YC311 helped identify conditions and guide maintenance efforts.

The city uses the online reporting system to track issues such as potholes, damaged pavement and other street-related concerns across Yuba City. Officials said the tool allows staff to better assess conditions citywide and direct resources where they are needed most.

Residents can submit service requests by creating an account at yubacityca.citysourced.com.
