LINDA, CA (MPG) - Development plans for the Feather River Shopping Center are moving forward, with the property owner having submitted building permits for two new commercial shell buildings proposed between Costco and FoodMaxx.

According to Yuba County Economic Development, intended retailers for the new space include TJ Maxx and Five Below, along with additional retail tenants. The building permits are currently under review.

The first phase of construction is expected to begin soon and will include grading and site preparation. Vertical construction of the commercial buildings is anticipated to follow pending permit approval.

County officials said the project reflects continued private investment in Yuba County and is expected to expand local retail options and services for residents. Updates will be provided as the project progresses through additional development phases.
