CHESTER, CA (MPG) - Seneca Healthcare District, including the Lake Almanor Clinic and Seneca Hospital, is currently experiencing a disruption in telephone communications due to a regional outage affecting Frontier Communications. This issue is ongoing as Frontier works to restore service.
