WHEATLAND, CA (MPG) - On Thursday, Aug. 21, award-winning country artist Tyler Rich returns to his Northern California roots to headline “The Event,” an annual charity concert at Hard Rock Live Sacramento Hotel & Casino in Wheatland.

Born in Yuba City and inspired by the rural charm and musical traditions of the Yuba-Sutter region, Rich brings his signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and polished country sound to this very special evening.

At 7 p.m., the doors will swing open to eager fans, and the festivities will kick off with a dynamic dance party led by Northern California’s own DJ Ness, setting the stage for a night of celebration and community spirit. As the clock strikes 8 p.m., Tyler Rich will take the spotlight, accompanied by special guest Ariel Jean, to deliver an unforgettable performance that is both a salute to his hometown and a showcase of his growing national prominence.

Tickets start at around $25 and offer access to a high-energy evening that blends country music with a meaningful cause.

Proceeds from “The Event” are designated for several vital local organizations, including the Trauma Intervention Program, the Enterprise Rancheria Community Fund, the Sutter Animal Services Authority, and the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department Animal Care Services, underscoring Rich’s commitment to giving back to the region that shaped him.

As a Yuba City native who listened to country music growing up and later cultivated a career in Nashville, Tyler Rich’s return to the Yuba-Sutter area for “The Event” is more than a concert, it’s a homecoming, a fundraiser, and a celebration of community all in one.
