Meredith Evans is a licensed marriage and family therapist who was appointed as the new director of clinical services for Hope Haven Counseling and Support Center in Marysville.
MARYSVILLE, CA (MPG) - Hope Haven Counseling and Support Center, an extension of Casa de Esperanza, is proud to announce the appointment of Meredith Evans, a licensed marriage and family therapist, as its new director of clinical services.
Evans will begin her new role on July 7 and will be based at Hope Haven Counseling and Support Center in Marysville.
In her new position, Evans will oversee a dedicated team of clinical therapists who provide behavioral health support throughout the Yuba-Sutter region, supporting Casa de Esperanza’s broader mission to support survivors of violence and abuse through trauma-informed care.
“Casa de Esperanza and Hope Haven have been a beacon for healing,” Evans said. “I look forward to expanding trauma informed therapy services while advancing initiatives to help address our clients unmet needs.”
Evans most recently served as the chief behavioral health officer at Peach Tree Health, where she built and led integrated behavioral health services, expanded California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal programming and implemented justice-involved care initiatives. Her career also includes key leadership roles with Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health and Butte County Behavioral Health, as well as a long history of service to local children and families.
