YUBA COUNTY, CA (MPG) - First 5 Yuba is seeking qualified consultants to provide strategic planning services beginning in June. This is a vital opportunity to help guide the future of programs and investments that support the health and development of children ages 0 to 5 and their families in Yuba County.

The selected consultant will lead a collaborative planning process to develop First 5 Yuba’s next Strategic Plan, which will set the course for services starting in fiscal year 2026/2027. The goal is to ensure that every child in Yuba County is healthy, safe, and ready to succeed in school and life. Up to $18,000 is available for consultants with experience and expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, and early childhood systems. Final funding will be based on the strength and scope of qualifications received.
