GRASS VALLEY, CA (MPG) - Get ready for a day full of nature exploration and outdoor recreation at the fifth annual NatureFest, hosted by Bear Yuba Land Trust (BYLT) on April 26.
This family-friendly, free event will offer a variety of activities for all ages, including guided nature walks, art in nature, self-guided adventures, and plenty of fun outdoors.
NatureFest will be from 9 a.m. to noon April 26. Guided hikes will start at 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. In addition to the hikes will be activities such as natural journaling, partner tables and nature-based crafts.
The event will be at the Wildflower Ridge Preserve in Grass Valley, with parking available at Twin Cities Church, located at 11726 Rough and Ready Highway, Grass Valley. Participants should check in at the blue Bear Yuba Land Trust tent at the trail’s start.
