YUBA-SUTTER-COLUSA, CA (MPG) - Yuba-Sutter-Colusa United Way invites the community to an open house to celebrate the retirement of Executive Director Bob Harlan.

Please join us from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20 at City Cafe & CC Social, 667 Plumas St., Yuba City.
