Dec 04, 2024 11:54AM ● By University of California Cooperative Extension News Release

YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - The University of California Cooperative Extension Sutter-Yuba Master Gardeners will be hosting a Holiday Wreath Making Workshop for the public on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Cooperative Extension office in Yuba City at 142A Garden Highway.

The workshop costs $75 per person, and all wreath-making supplies will be provided so participants can go home with their very own all-fresh custom-made natural wreaths. Supplies provided include rosemary, pinecones, ornaments, and bows, so that wreaths can be made in a variety of styles to suit every home holiday décor.

Instructions will be provided throughout the workshop by expert Master Gardeners.

Coffee, tea, and breakfast will be served to participants. A small number of pre-made wreaths will be available for purchase.

Pre-registration is recommended but a small number of spots will be available for day-of registration (cash or check only).  Call the office at 530-822-7515 for directions to secure your spot, or pre-register online at https://ucanr.edu/mgwreathmakingworkshop.

Space is limited and filling fast.  The registration cost is non-refundable but is transferable.

All funds raised go towards the support and expansion of the UCCE Sutter-Yuba Master Gardener Learning Garden at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, which is open to the public for classes and tours.
