The City of Yuba City awarded Ethan Conrad Properties with a Certificate of Commendations for significant improvements to the Yuba Sutter Marketplace. SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The City of Yuba City recognized Ethan Conrad Properties on April 12, 2023, for their outstanding achievements in leasing and remodeling the Yuba Sutter Marketplace in Yuba City, California.
The Certificate of Commendation in recognition of Ethan Conrad Properties reads: Your contributions to the City of Yuba City with the significant improvements to the Yuba Sutter Marketplace. The addition of the anchor stores, Hobby Lobby and Burlington along with Turner’s Outdoorsman, Boot Barn, Five Below and Tilly’s. Thank you to you and your team for enhancing the landscaping, signage and the complete remodel of the exterior of the property which enriches the quality of life in Yuba City.
