GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – Williams Enterprises LLC, of Gridley California, is taking motor sports events to the extreme!

Blane Williams, founder of Williams Enterprises LLC, was raised in Gridley, California and chose to make Gridley home to his business in 2016. With 16 years’ experience in the derby world, Williams and his family is passionate about bringing high-quality, adrenaline filled, family entertainment to the north state and beyond!

According to Williams, Williams Enterprises LLC, was handed the torch by derby promotors from both the Yuba-Sutter Fair and the Butte County Fair. His experience running those derby events has launched him deeper into the promotion of extreme motor sports events, and this year, Williams Enterprises LLC put on the first ever Spring Extreme – a two-day event featuring a power wheels derby for the kids, massive destruction derby, tuff trucks and mud bogs with a total of 127 drivers competing for Grand Prize Pots as high as $10,000!

Over the weekend, nearly 4,000 people passed through the gates at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds to witness the spraying mud, crashing metal of the derby cars and high-flying stunts of the tuff trucks and mud bogs. The event was broadcast live, worldwide, by Track Shot Live (https://www.youtube.com/c/TRACKSHOTLIVE). Sharing that derby’s are a popular form of entertainment in the Midwest and East Coasts, with Monster Truck events being more popular on the West-coast, Williams says, “I’m pretty confident the Spring Extreme’s the biggest derby we’ve had in California since the 2000’s.”

Family values and giving back to the community is central to Williams Enterprises LLC., so both evenings a portion of the proceeds raised were donated to local non-profits and charity groups. Saturday evening, $500.00 was donated to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and Sunday, $500.00 was donated to the Field of Dreams organization.

Williams would like to thank his Wife, Brittany, his crew, his sponsors and more for the success of the first Spring Extreme.
