SUTTER COUNTY, CA (MPG) -On May 17, 2020 at approximately 10:44 am, Sutter County Sheriff Deputies located a U-Haul truck that had been reported stolen a few days prior. The truck was located on the 1400 block of Bridge Street. With the assistance of Sutter County Sheriff’s Detectives and the hard work / proactivity of Sutter County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies, an arrest was made for possession of the stolen truck, possession of stolen property, and drug related charges. 29-year-old David Mundinger was arrested and booked into the Sutter County Jail. Due to the order put out by the Judicial Council of California regarding COV19 statewide emergency bail schedule that sets bail at $0 for most misdemeanor and lower-level felony offense, Mundinger has been released.
